These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EZmed's Website, also referred to as “our Web site”.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use EZmed's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Refund Policy

EZmed products are digital downloads. As a result of the digital downloadable nature of the content, EZmed does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on any orders, including but not limited to, the purchase of individual products and there are no refunds on memberships or subscription fees.

This is because customers receive a digital download link immediately upon purchase. Once the digital download link has been sent to the customer or made available to download, it cannot be returned, refunded, cancelled, etc. Furthermore, customers who purchase an EZmed membership receive immediate access to a membership portal containing all of the digital downloads.

EZmed is not responsible for lost digital download links or items by the customer, and EZmed cannot resend digital download links.

The above terms apply to, but is not limited to, the purchase of EZmed study guides, flashcards, lecture notes, memberships, subscription fees, etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Issues

Please contact us immediately if there are any issues with the digital download link, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. After a 5-day period has passed since the purchase of your item, a reasonable amount of time has passed and EZmed cannot resolve any issues.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not permitted (see return policy above).

We employ the use of cookies. By using EZmed's website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with EZmed's privacy policy. Most of the modern day interactive web sitesuse cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.

All EZmed products are copyrighted and for personal educational use only. Products are not to be distributed, disseminated, reproduced, duplicated, copied, shared, sold, published, etc without written permission by EZmed (see contact information below). Products are licensed to print only one copy and to be used only by the individual who purchased the content. Products are for educational use only and does not replace institutional protocols, clinical judgement, standard of care, etc. While EZmed strives for 100% accuracy, protocols and information change over time and products are not guaranteed to be error free. Products are not to be used as medical advice and do not replace the medical advice from a healthcare professional. EZmed is not responsible for any damages that arise from your use of products. The use of EZmed products and services does not guarantee a passing score in classes, exams, programs, certifications, etc.
